Ketertarikan beliau terhadap pendidikan telah membuatnya berkecimpung lebih dari 20 tahun di dunia pendidikan, pelatihan, konseling dan pembinaan untuk anak-anak maupun orang dewasa Beliau meraih gelar Masternya dari Korea Selatan dan saat ini beliau sedang menempuh pendidikan Doktoralnya di Amerika Serikat.<\/p>\n

Beliau juga menduduki posisi Direktur Center for Gifted and Talented Indonesia (CGTI), Presiden Yayasan Galilee Cipta Indonesia, dan Wakil Direktur Galilee Continuing Education.<\/p>\n

Beliau memiliki minat dan mimpi yang sangat besar untuk pendidikan di Indonesia yang semakin terpicu ketika beliau menyadari bahwa kedua anak belau tidak perform dan tidak termotivasi di sekolah. Ternyata, kedua anak beliau termasuk anak yang sangat cerdas, memiliki IQ yang tinggi sehingga dikategorikan sebagai anak Gifted. Mereka membutuhkan modifikasi dalam cara mereka belajar sehingga beliau sulit untuk menemukan sekolah yang mendukung anak Gifted.<\/p>\n

Sehingga, dengan pengalaman, jaringan, dan semangatnya, beliau mendirikan Noble Academy dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pendidikan bagi anak-anak sesuai dengan karakter, kebutuhan, dan minat mereka<\/p>\n

Hari Prasetyo memiliki pengalaman bekerja di sektor pendidikan lebih dari 15 tahun, dan memiliki sertifikat pendidik profesional dari Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia. Beliau merupakan guru yang tergabung dalam UNESCO Associated School Project Network (ASPNet), International Education and Resource Network (iEARN) dan Federasi Serikat Guru Indonesia (FSGI)<\/p>\n

Beliau meraih gelar Master of Arts in Globalizing Education: Policy and Practice dari University of Sheffield, Inggris dengan beasiswa penuh dari Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP), Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Bergabung dengan Noble Academy pada bulan Juli 2018 sebagai Kepala Riset dan Pengembangan merangkap Instruktur STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics). Namun pada tahun 2019, Kemdikbud Ristek RI menugaskan beliau sebagai guru IPA di Sekolah Indonesia di Singapura, sebuah sekolah khusus untuk anak-anak Indonesia di Singapura yang berada di bawah naungan KBRI Singapura.<\/p>\n

Pada bulan 2020, beliau dipromosikan menjadi Wakil Kepala Sekolah Indonesia di Singapura. Kemudian pada bulan Oktober 2021, beliau mengikuti kursus Design Thinking di Nanyang Polytechnic Singapura disponsori oleh Atase Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan KBRI SIngapura. Selama penugasannya di SIngapura, beliau mendapatkan dua penghargaan, atas dedikasinya sebagai guru, dari Duta Besar Republik Indonesia untuk Singapura, Bapak Suryo Pratomo .Penghargaan pertama diberikan pada bulan November 2020, dan yang kedua diberikan pada bulan Juni 2021. Setelah selesai bertugas di Singapura, beliau kembali bergabung dengan Noble Academy pada bulan Juli 2021.<\/p>\n

Beliau memiliki pengalaman mengikuti program pengembangan diri melalui konferensi dan workshop di banyak negara seperti di Amerika Serikat, Inggris, Irlandia, Lebanon, Korea Selatan, Thailand dan Singapura.<\/p>\n

Beliau pernah mendapatkan penghargaan tingkat nasional dan internasional, yaitu:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Juara 1 Kompetisi Youth Community Service yang diselenggarakan oleh UNESCO ASPNet Indonesia, Komisi Nasional Indonesia untuk UNESCO dan Kemdikbud Ristek RI.<\/p>\n

– Juara 2 pada UNESCO Associated School Project Network Good Practice Development Project in Achieving Millenium Development Goals through Education Sustainable Development in the Asia-Pacific Region yang diselenggarakan oleh the Korean National Commission for UNESCO.<\/p>\n

– Penghargaan Guru Inspiratif dalam bidang Sains dan Aplikasi IT dalam Pengajaran dan Blogging dari Perguruan Al Izhar dan Yayasan Anakku.<\/p>\n

Eunike Saliman telah berkecimpung di dunia pendidikan lebih dari 10 tahun dan bergabung dengan Noble Academy lebih dari 2 tahun. Pengalamannya di dunia pendidikan sebagai guru, wali kelas dan koordinator kurikulum menjadikannya semakin paham akan kebutuhan peserta didik yang memiliki minat dan bakat yang berbeda-beda, sehingga perlu diberikan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan minat dan bakat peserta didik.<\/p>\n

Eunike Saliman meraih beragam sertifikat di bidang pendidikan seperti Certified Google Educator dari Google for Education, Apple Teacher Certification dari Apple Teacher Learning Center dan juga beberapa sertifikasi dari berbagai pelatihan terkait dengan Gifted Education, penggunaan teknologi dalam kegiatan belajar dan mengajar, dan penerapan berbagai metode dalam belajar di era pendidikan modern.<\/p>\n
